When a pull out is the answer

A wheel off a soft verge, a car that slid on ice, a field that turned to mud after a day at an event, or a drive you cannot get up in the snow. Plenty of these cars are fine once they are back on solid ground. Pulling them out saves a full recovery.

Do not make it worse

Spinning the wheels usually digs the car in deeper and can damage the clutch or tyres. Stop, get out safely and call us. Tell us how the car is sitting, how soft the ground is and how close we can get, and send a photo on WhatsApp if you can.

If it cannot be driven afterwards

If the car has been damaged going in, or it will not start once it is out, we can load it onto the flatbed and take it to a garage. See car recovery.
